About Brindi's "Mom" (not really - she's my partner, not my child!)

My photo
Francesca Rogier
East Chezzetcook, Nova Scotia, Canada
Vegetarian, non-smoker, architect/academic, sought a change of lifestyle on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia. My plan was to renovate a heritage house, get it off the grid, and live quietly in peace and harmony with my dog and two cats. Halifax had other plans. Will we recover? PS I'm not really a mom to Brindi - I adopted her when she was a full-grown girl. When they seized her, it felt like they took my partner and best friend.
